Payment Options:

Several convenient payment options are available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Sales and use taxes, where applicable, will be added to your order total.

Returns:

All returns are subject to a restocking fee and require pre-authorization from RJ Kool Parts personnel. For complete details, see our full Return Policy.

SMS Messaging Terms & Mobile Compliance:

RJ Kool Midwest, Inc. will collect verbal and written opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, estimates, job completion surveys) via our Schedule Service Contact Page, in person at your location, or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with 3rd parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from RJ Kool Midwest, Inc., you agree to the following:

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
  • Types of Messages That May Be Sent: You may receive recurring messages related to appointments, estimates, service reminders, promotions, or general inquiries.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. After sending “STOP,” you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
