Core Charge Refund Information

Many manufacturers charge a refundable Core Charge for specified parts. Once you have installed the new core part, send the old core part back to us and we will promptly refund the core amount. The core part must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. We do not provide return shipping.

Manufacturer's REQUIRE BOTH THE ORIGINAL OEM BOX and CORE PART RETURNED together, in order to issue a CORE REFUND. This only applies to the OEM Box that has the Green Whirlpool Label.

1). Please include a note with your return that contains: Your order number, Your Name, Contact phone and e-mail address.

2). Please retain your return Tracking Number, as items can get lost while in transit.

You will be credited in the form of your original tender once your core has been received.
