All returned items must be in new, saleable condition and must include the original packaging, complete contents, proof of purchase and return authorization paperwork. RJ Kool will promptly exchange defective items. Custom ordered parts, electrical items and parts that have been used, installed or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. RJ Kool also recommends all returns be shipped with a carrier that provides shipment tracking.
