Tax Exemption

All purchasers requesting a sales tax exemption need to provide us with a copy of a state resale certificate, tax exemption certificate or other acceptable proof of tax exemption for the state where the items will be shipped.

The process to retaining tax exemption status with RJ Kool on all orders is simple:

1. Create an RJ Kool Parts account
2. E-mail us your tax exemptions or resale certificates at eparts@rjkool.com

Include your name and account username in the e-mail and we will set up your account for tax exemption. The exemption or resale certificates are kept on file and updated every several years. You may be asked to remit a current certificate at time of purchase.
